Chris Carson has over 40 years’ experience in Program/Construction Management, specializing in the Cost Engineering/Program/Project Controls disciplines of Planning & Scheduling, Cost Management, Risk Management, Document Control, and Forensic Analysis. He leads the Arcadis Program & Project Controls Community of Practice, where he provides weekly training in controls topics.
He is a recognized thought leader in industry associations including CMAA, AACE International, RICS, PMI, and the Guild of Project Controls. He has presented over 700 industry sessions, authored or contributed to over 70 publications, and received multiple awards, such as the 2021 AACE International “O.T. Zimmerman Founder’s Award”, the 2011 AACE “Technical Excellence” award, the 2009 PMI College of Scheduling award for “Significant Contributions to the Scheduling Industry”, and the “Chairman’s Award” from CMAA in 2006 for contributions to the CM industry.
Chris Carson is the co-author/ editor of industry best practices such as PMI “CPM Scheduling For Construction– Best Practices & Guidelines” and AACE International Recommended Practice No. 29R-03, “Forensic Schedule Analysis”.
He is a CMAA Certified Construction Manager (CCM), a Chartered Surveyor by RICS, a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), an AACE International Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), Decision and Risk Management Professional (DRMP), and Certified Estimating Professional (CEP).
About Richard Citrine
Richard Citrine, a certified Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) and a Principal Risk Manager brings over a decade of experience in risk and value management. He has led risk management on a wide range of multibillion-dollar rail, aviation, and tunneling programs in the UK and the USA.
Richard has extensive experience in risk management and has completed complex analysis on a variety of large infrastructure and building projects for both large public agencies and private sector clients.
As the leader of Arcadis’ Risk Management Community of Practice, Richard engages his team of experts to develop company best practices and risk management tools, share knowledge, and discuss lessons learned. Richard regularly provides risk management training to internal and external audiences.
About Jeancarlo D. Maica
Jeancarlo Durán Maica is a Microsoft Certified Data Analyst, is a subject matter expert on Power BI and Primavera P6. His in-depth knowledge and experience in project controls best practices are widely validated with international certifications in the areas of project and cost management.
Jeancarlo has impressive capability in all planning & controls disciplines in an array of different project environments including leading large teams & project setup. He holds different professional certifications including Primavera P6 EPPM Implementation Specialist, and MCP (Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Professional).
He has been an active member of AACE International, founding the AACE Peru Section in 2013 and serving on the Board of Directors of AACE International 2017-2019 as Director-Region 10 (Latin America).
