Have you ever applied for a job that you had all the qualification for, but you didn’t get an interview?
Did you know that your resume and how it’s written plays a significant role in making you stand out and getting you selected for the interview?
However, too often, resumes do not fully represent the skills and experience of the professional. There are a number of weaknesses in the typical resume that can easily get fixed and make the resume stand out.
To help you figure out the best strategies in improving your resume and landing the job that you deserve, we decided to hold a masterclass on this topic.
This masterclass is designed to provide you tactical advice on how to write a projects resume, how to organize it, and what to include and exclude in your project resume. This advice is not from a professional recruiter, or a resume development service provider, but rather from someone who has been involved in matching roles and candidates for a long career, Chris Carson.
As a hiring manager and Project Controls thought leader, Chris has been reviewing resumes for project controls job applications and interviewing candidates for many years.
After years of reviewing resumes for project controls professionals, he realized that too often resumes do not fully represent the skills and experience of the professional. He’s seen numerous cases where the candidate was initially rejected for a role that, upon investigation, was actually a good fit for that candidate.
In this masterclass, Chris will share his lessons from his background in reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates and help you stand out from the crowd.
By applying the strategies that will be shared in this masterclass, you will survive the first round of qualifying reviews, ensure successful selection for the right role, and elevate your resume to a preferential place in the hiring company’s and recruiter’s files.
To be more specific, upon attending this masterclass, you will learn:
