Have you ever thought of the challenges that exist in project controls?
What about the issues you have faced in handling your projects? Or the factors behind the scenes that have caused your projects to be behind schedule or over budget?
What about the existing gaps that haven’t let you grow in your career as fast as you expected?
If so, what lessons have you learned? What have you done about them? Have you been empowered enough to take action, make a change, or bridge a gap?
Although it’s important to observe and learn lessons from our own experiences, you don’t always need to be in the driver’s seat and learn something through firsthand experience. You also don’t need to “reinvent the wheel”.
Many times, you can just listen to the challenges that other project professionals have faced or the lessons that they have learned and then implement those lessons in your projects and get some amazing results.
What if we connect you with four empowered project professionals willing to share with you 10 simple yet powerful lessons learned in project controls, project management, and beyond?
Wouldn’t that be useful to you?
If yes, join us in our upcoming webcast and benefit from a panel of empowered project professionals that have been very active in our community.
You don’t want to miss this great opportunity as our panelists have a collective experience of 60+ years in project controls and management!
