How You Can Efficiently Evolve from Project Scheduling to Implementing Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) with Ease

Have you ever considered the Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) approach to align your engineering planning with construction planning right off the bat, from the project set-up phase?

Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) or better said, “Advanced Way to Plan” allows you to have early planning to support execution by having the end in mind.

Imagine your engineering planning to be driven by construction sequencing right from the project set-up!

Embracing AWP has been proven to improve field productivity and predictability, reduce installed cost, and increase schedule performance, however, fully integrating AWP can be difficult.

Adapting to AWP can best be done in steps starting with schedule development and making the move to an AWP-oriented baseline schedule will provide a good return on the time investment.

But how can you adopt AWP in your project planning right from the project set-up and improve up-front planning?

Join this free virtual masterclass presented by a project planning/ scheduling thought leader, Chris Carson, to explore how you can efficiently evolve from project scheduling to implementing Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) with ease

The structured process described in this masterclass enables a good scheduler to lead the project team to develop the schedule ready to move into the next step of the process of implementing formal AWP.
